1. Returns & Exchanges – Sri Lanka Orders

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed condition

    • Original tags intact

    • Original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items (Sri Lanka):

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion

  • Accessories (unless damaged or defective)

 

 

2. Returns & Exchanges – International Orders

  • International customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

    • With original tags and packaging intact

Important Notes for International Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service, as Pond & Petals is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items (International):

3. Refunds

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

 

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs and order details

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
