1. Order Processing & Payments

  • All items sold on Pond & Petals are ready-to-wear.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout via:

    • Credit / Debit Cards

    • Secure online payment links or approved direct bank transfers

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

 

 

2. Delivery Timeline

Sri Lanka (Within the Island)

  • Orders will be delivered within 7 working days from order confirmation.

International Orders

  • International delivery timelines vary depending on destination, courier partner, and customs clearance requirements.

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via email after order confirmation.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control.

 

 

3. Shipping Charges & Customs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import chargesimposed by the destination country.

If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we may assist you promptly.
